The faces behind Bespoke Family are Claire and Becks – we are both passionate about enabling families to thrive. Claire is a qualified childcare professional having trained initially at Norland College. She has had extensive experience working with children and families, and what she doesn’t know about caring for children isn’t worth knowing!

This week we are making a simple, but very tasty carbonara with home-made pasta – a perfect activity for the whole family! Great when you’re short for time, but still want something delicious!
Tabata Fire
It’s Tabata time again! Work your way through 5 different exercises, 6 times each, in 20 second sets (with a short pause in between). This is a great opportunity to get the heart rate up and challenge the body through multiple planes of movement. Grab some water and a towel, as this may get sweaty!
Core & Arm Strength Series
Move through this series to strengthen the core, the arms and leave your practice feeling invigorated and strong. This is a great class to come back to frequently!
